Getting there

On the day of arrival, the rooms are available to our hotel guests from 2 pm. Unless a later arrival time has been expressly agreed, the hotel has the right to re-let booked rooms after 6 pm if they are not occupied, without the guest being able to derive any claims from this.


On the day of departure, the rooms are available to our hotel guests until 10 am. If the room is used beyond 10 a.m., 50% of the room rate for one night will be charged for departure by 1 p.m. and 100% for a departure after 6 p.m.

Data handling

The hotel guest’s data are stored and processed by us insofar as this is necessary for the legitimate fulfilment of our business purposes. We undertake to treat this data in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
Please note that for your and our security, your WiFi login data is logged and saved.

Cancellation of the booking

Cancellations and Changes made up to 21 days before the date of arrival are free of charge. Cancellations and changes made after this date or no-shows will be charged at 80% of the price of the entire booking. In the event of early departure, 90% of the unused services are to be paid for by the guest.

The hotel reception

The reception is open daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Guests who want to leave before 9 a.m. are asked to settle their hotel bill the evening before.

Smoking in the hotel

Smoking is only permitted outside. If there are signs of smoking in the room or at the open window, a room cleaning fee of € 200 will be charged.

Breakfast in the Hagnauer Hof

The breakfast buffet is available from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. During trade fairs, we adjust the time individually to our guests.

Loss of the room key

If the room key is lost, we will charge an expense allowance of € 20.

Our rates

the rates are based on the price list valid at the time of booking. The hotel is entitled to make price changes if fixed prices are specified in the booking confirmation and there are more than four months between the conclusion of the contract and the provision of the service.

The legal value added tax is included in the price, an interim increase of this is at the expense of the guest.

The visitors taxis not included in the prices, an interim increase is at the expense of the guest.

Barrier-free accessibility

From the entrance to the restaurant, toilets and all floors up to the room. During the furnishing, special care was taken to ensure that you can reach all corners of the house with a wheelchair, including the balconies of your room.

Frida air cleaner

Your health is important to us, so there is a Frida air purifier in all public rooms.

The room air is first sucked in by means of a fan and then cleaned in the device.

– FRIDA can deactivate aerosols directly in the room air (viruses, bacteria, germs, etc.)

– FRIDA disinfects surrounding surfaces and objects

– FRIDA deactivates viruses through UV-C radiation (less than 0.1 µm)

– FRIDA cleans the air through an H14 HEPA filter (suspended matter larger than 0.1 – 0.3 µm)

– FRIDA ensures comfort through a pleasant fragrance system
