Welcome to Fitzek’s Hofstüble in Hagnau on Lake Constance. Enjoy relaxed moments in a casual atmosphere and indulge in a selection of hot and cold dishes from our kitchen.

We are pleased to welcome our new, highly skilled head chef: Mr. Attila. Together, we continue to build on our previous successes while bringing fresh ideas to our concept.

Look forward to fresh ingredients, down-to-earth cuisine, and dishes prepared with great care and attention to detail. Our menu is intentionally kept smaller, focusing on a carefully selected range of dishes where quality, freshness, and craftsmanship take center stage.

Round off your evening in comfort with a fine glass of wine. Our team is always committed to meeting your wishes and ensuring you have a pleasant stay at Fitzek’s Hofstüble.

To make your visit as enjoyable as possible, dogs are welcome in our restaurant. Our sanitary facilities are also accessible for wheelchair users.

Our hotel guests can book our excellent breakfast. As part of our half-board offering, we treat you to a refined three-course dinner in the evening.

Our premises are also available for special occasions such as weddings, corporate events, Christmas parties, conferences, or family celebrations.

Important information for external guests: Due to consistently high demand, we will be focusing more strongly on the needs of our hotel guests from June 1 onwards. External visitors are still very welcome; however, visits are only possible with prior reservation and are limited to a maximum of 10 to 12 guests per day. We kindly ask you to book in advance.
